Every engagement starts with a What’s-Not-Working Meeting — Zoom or in-person.

In this session, we’ll work to get all the ideas, problems, and hopes swirling around in your head down on paper so that everyone involved has a clear understanding of what success looks like for your specific project. We strongly believe that no two businesses are alike. So, even though we may have worked with 5 businesses in your industry before, we need to understand your business’ unique strengths and weaknesses in order to ensure you get the maximum ROI on your investment with us.

After this meeting, you can expect a Project Work Plan outlining the phases and anticipated deliverables for each portion of your project.

And then it’s go time!! We typically work in the background and touch base with clients on an “as needed” basis throughout their project - often when deliverables are coming close to completion or meeting with team/board members are required.
